This policy is a pre-launch draft and will be finalized with the supplier, return address, and applicable law before sales open.
Personalized items
Because engraving is made from customer-provided text, change-of-mind returns may be limited after production begins. This does not reduce rights that apply to damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
Damage or error
Final launch instructions will explain how quickly to report transit damage, which photos are needed, and whether replacement or refund applies. Supplier responsibility and carrier claims must be confirmed before checkout is enabled.
Customer-entered errors
The buyer is responsible for checking names, dates, punctuation, and other submitted text. HonorShelf will review layout and legibility, not independently verify the facts entered.
